This page explains what personal data luccapix.com collects, why it collects it, and what you can ask for at any time. It is written in plain English rather than legalese — if anything is unclear, just write to us.

Who handles your data
The data controller is [legal name], based at [full address], VAT/tax number [number]. For anything concerning your data, write to info@luccapix.com.
What we collect, and why
If you use the contact form
We collect your name, email address and the text of your message. They are used only to reply to you. The message reaches us by email and is not stored in a website database.
Legal basis: pre-contractual steps and our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us (Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) GDPR).
If you request the Lucca guide
We collect your email address, your first name if you give one, the language you chose and — so that we can prove consent was actually given — the date and IP address of the moment you signed up.
Sign-up is double opt-in: after entering your address you receive an email with a link, and until you open it we send you nothing. This stops anyone from signing up an address that isn’t theirs.
Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw whenever you like using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of every email, with no explanation needed.
How long we keep it
- Contact form messages: as long as needed to deal with the request and, if a working relationship follows, for as long as the law requires.
- Guide sign-ups: for as long as you stay subscribed. If you unsubscribe we keep only the address, flagged as unsubscribed, so that we never write to you again by mistake.
- Sign-ups never confirmed: deleted periodically, because without confirmation there is no consent.
Who we share it with
Nobody. We do not sell, pass on or trade your data. We use no analytics, advertising or profiling services, and no fonts or maps loaded from someone else’s servers: everything this site is made of is served by the site itself.
The website and the emails we send run on a dedicated server located in Italy, operated on the controller’s behalf by its hosting provider acting as a data processor. No data is transferred outside the European Economic Area.
For technical reasons our emails are sent from noreply@aidojo.it, a domain on the same server: that is only the posting address — replies go to info@luccapix.com.
Your rights
At any time you may ask to see the data we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its use, to receive it as a file you can take elsewhere, and to object to the processing (Art. 15-22 GDPR). One email to info@luccapix.com is enough; we reply within a month.
If you believe your data is being mishandled, you may complain to the Italian supervisory authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it), or to the authority of the country you live in.
